A different approach to clinical hypnotherapy
Many people come to hypnotherapy after trying to think their way out of stress, anxiety, pain, or emotional overwhelm. They may understand what’s happening, yet still feel stuck in the same patterns.
My work is different because it doesn’t rely on force, willpower, or constant analysis. Instead, it focuses on creating safety in the nervous system so change can happen naturally and sustainably.
I work at the intersection of clinical hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, and intuitive awareness. This means sessions are grounded, ethical, and evidence-informed, while also respecting the subtle, often unseen processes that shape how we feel and respond.
Nervous system first, always
Lasting change doesn’t happen when the body feels under threat. When the nervous system is stuck in survival mode, even the best intentions can feel exhausting or out of reach.
My approach prioritises regulation and safety before change. By working with the subconscious mind and nervous system together, we allow patterns to soften rather than be pushed away. This often leads to shifts that feel calmer, clearer, and more embodied — not forced.
Intuitive, but grounded
You don’t need to be spiritual, intuitive, or “into manifestation” for this work to be effective. At the same time, I don’t ignore the deeper layers of experience that many people sense but struggle to articulate.
Sessions are intuitive and responsive, while remaining firmly within professional, clinical, and ethical boundaries. I am trained, qualified, and CNHC-registered, which means my work meets recognised standards of practice, safety, and ongoing professional development.
Who this work is especially suited for
This approach may be a good fit if you:
Feel highly sensitive to stress or overwhelm
Have tried talk-based approaches without lasting change
Want a gentle, body-led route to regulation and clarity
Value both professional competence and depth
It may not be the right fit if you’re looking for quick fixes, rigid protocols, or someone to push you beyond your capacity.
What clients often notice
Rather than dramatic or forced breakthroughs, clients often describe:
Feeling calmer and steadier in themselves
Greater emotional awareness without overwhelm
More space between trigger and response
A renewed sense of trust in their body
Change unfolds at a pace that respects your nervous system.
