Hypnotherapy is a partnership — a 50/50 process where my guidance and your active participation come together to create meaningful, lasting change. Each session is tailored to you, combining calm, compassionate conversation with hypnosis and practical tools to support your progress. Your subconscious mind — the control centre for thoughts, habits, emotions, memories, and even your autonomic nervous system — does much of the work behind the scenes, helping changes take hold naturally and gently.

Flexible Single Session – £75 (per session)

  • Take things one step at a time. Booking individual sessions gives you full control over your journey while still receiving personalised support and tools to reinforce progress between sessions.

Block of 3 Sessions – £210 (£70 per session)

  • A 3-session block helps build momentum and continuity. Each session builds on the last, creating a structured, safe path toward meaningful change.

Block of 6 Sessions – £390 (£65 per session)

  • My most comprehensive option, a 6-session block allows deeper, lasting transformation. This package helps embed new patterns, strengthen coping skills, and gives your mind and body time to integrate change fully.

    How it works:

    • Each session starts with a calm, non-judgmental conversation to understand your goals and experiences.

    • We then move into hypnosis, a relaxed, focused state where your subconscious mind can engage fully and your body activates the parasympathetic nervous system — your natural “rest and reset” mode.

    • Between sessions, you may receive personalised exercises or hypnosis recordings to reinforce progress and support steady, gentle change.

    • You remain in control throughout, and change happens collaboratively, at a pace that feels right for you.

    Tip: Many clients start with a single session to experience the process, then move to a block for deeper, sustained results. You choose what works best for you.

All hypnotherapy sessions are personalised. Techniques and depth will vary depending on your needs, goals, and readiness. Clients are provided with suitable at-home practices to help anchor the changes made in sessions. These are guided by your goals and needs and support steady progress between appointments.

In hypnotherapy, we access the subconscious mind — the control centre for your thoughts, habits, emotions, memories, and even much of your autonomic nervous system (your body’s natural “rest and reset” functions). By gently connecting with this part of your mind, we can explore patterns that may no longer serve you, and safely guide your system toward healthier ways of responding.

A typical session begins with a calm, compassionate conversation. We explore what matters to you, what’s been holding you back, and where you want to be. This talk helps me understand you, and helps you feel heard, supported, and safe.

Once we’ve established this foundation, we move into hypnosis — a deeply relaxed, focused state where your mind becomes more receptive to positive change. In this state, your body naturally activates the parasympathetic nervous system — your natural “rest and reset” mode — which helps you feel calm, present, and ready to learn new patterns.

Between sessions, I may provide supportive exercises or a personalised hypnosis recording. These tools help anchor the changes we work on, reinforce new habits, and allow your subconscious mind to continue adjusting in a gentle, sustainable way.

Hypnotherapy can be done in-person at my home studio or from the comfort of your home online.

    • All sessions, whether single sessions or blocks, must be paid in full at the time of booking.

    • Payment can be made via bank transfer or via my payment partner Stripe (Klarna/Clearpay).

    • By booking, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

    • Hypnotherapy sessions are offered in blocks (e.g., 3-session or 6-session blocks) or as single sessions (introductory or follow-up sessions).

    • Sessions are personalised and may include a combination of hypnotherapy techniques, guided exercises, and supportive at-home practices.

    • Blocks are designed to provide continuity and integration of the work.

    • Follow-up sessions must be paid 48 hours prior to your appointment.

    • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

    • Cancellations made within the notice period may be subject to a full session fee.

    • If you miss a session without notice, this session will be considered used.

    • Single follow-up sessions are available at £75 per session for clients who have completed a block.

    • Follow-up sessions are optional and are not included in standard session blocks.

  • Suitability & Scope of practice

    • Hypnotherapy is a safe and effective technique for many issues but is not a substitute for medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment.

    • It is the client’s responsibility to inform the practitioner of any medical or psychological conditions that may affect suitability. See FAQs for full list of contraindications.

    • Sessions may be adapted, paused, or discontinued if the practitioner believes it is in the client’s best interest.

    Confidentiality

    • All information shared during sessions is treated as strictly confidential, except in cases where there is a concern for your safety or the safety of others, as required by law or professional guidelines.

    • Records are kept securely and in compliance with UK data protection regulations.

    Refunds

    • Refunds are not available for sessions or blocks once booked.

    Conduct

    • Sessions are conducted in a professional and ethical manner. (CNHC ethics guidance).

    • Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or breach of boundaries may result in termination of sessions without refund.

    Home Practices & Audio Recordings

    • Any audio recordings or at-home exercises provided are intended to support the work done in sessions.

    • These are optional support tools and are not a replacement for in-person or live sessions.

    Shared responsibility

    • Hypnotherapy is a collaborative process between your system and the practitioner’s guidance. Change is supported by both the sessions and your engagement between them. While sessions are designed to be effective, results cannot be guaranteed.

    Data Protection

    • Client information is stored securely and used only to provide hypnotherapy services.

    • You can request a copy of your records or have them deleted at any time, in line with UK GDPR regulations.
